I've ordered and received a parcel but only received part of my order?
Some products are shipped from our other warehouse and will arrive in separate parcels. Please allow a couple more days for a second parcel to arrive. 
I would like to change item/s that I have ordered?
We are unable to amend your order once your order is confirmed. You are free to cancel your order, given that the packing team have not already began organising your shipment. 
I’ve made serval orders, please can I combine them?
Sure! Please contact our team at, remembering to quote your order number in the subject line of your email, and we will endeavour to help you out. 

Please note, your order can only be cancelled if the packing team have not already picked up / packaged your order so please email us ASAP if you would like us to assist you with this.

Please note, Cancellations must be received within 30 minutes of placing your order. Your order can only be cancelled if the packing team have not already picked up your order. Orders placed during increased traffic sale periods and Christmas cannot be cancelled.

My discount code isn’t working..
Some of our discount codes are not able to be used in conjunction with one another. 
For instance, any shipping discounts cannot be used in conjunction with product / order discount codes.
